Established in 2000, Yuyao Liangzi PTFE Factory is specialized in the development and manufacture of PTFE products, which include:

Moreover, we have introduced advanced equipments, such as CNC machines, high-speed mixers, hydraulic machines, program controlling sinter furnaces, vacuum vulcanizing machines, optical vision measuring machine, tensile testers, oil seal testers, and oil seal radial force measuring machine. We have also established perfect quality system of ISO9001 to ensure our products' quality.

Through many years of research, we have successfully developed PTFE sealing lips for PTFE seals in excellent performance. Shaft seals working in combination with this kind of PTFE sealing lip piece have been tested and qualified by the Changchun Automobile Institute. The products have also been subcontracted to several large-scale domestic car production plants, and they have subsequently been exported to many countries around the world.

Furthermore, our seals are compatible with a large range of automobile engines, pumps, reaction kettles and blending machines. Compared with other rubber seals, these seals far outperform them regarding the temperature, wear, pressure and chemical resistant properties.
